Protecting learners, clients and vulnerable adults from harm.

Scope

Our courses are for adults aged 18+. This policy covers all learners, internship clients, trainers and team members.

Principles

Everyone has the right to be safe from abuse and neglect.
Concerns are taken seriously and acted on promptly.
Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis.

Raising a concern

Contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead (the Academy Director) at spujahgrow@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 58 556 5111. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (UAE: 999).

Practitioner responsibilities

Learners and interns working with clients must obtain consent, work within scope and refer clients to medical professionals where appropriate.

Review
