Robbery & Hold-Up Policy

Personal safety guidance for staff and learners at venues.

Prevention

  • No cash payments are taken at sessions — all payments are online.
  • Valuables kept to a minimum and out of sight.

If a robbery happens

Personal safety comes first. Comply, do not resist or pursue, note descriptions when safe and call 999. Report the incident to the Academy Director.

Review
