Reasonable Adjustments Policy
How we adapt learning and assessment for learners with additional needs.
Purpose
We remove unnecessary barriers so every learner can show what they know, without lowering the standard being assessed.
Examples of adjustments
- Extra time for quizzes or written case studies.
- Alternative formats of course notes (larger text, screen-reader friendly PDFs).
- Extended course access where health or circumstances require.
- Seating, breaks or venue access for in-person sessions.
How to request
Tell us before or during your course via the support form. Requests are handled confidentially and a decision is given within 10 working days.
Review
