Voluntary withdrawal

Learners may withdraw at any time by contacting support. Any refund follows our Refund Policy.

Removal by the Academy

• Serious or repeated breach of the Code of Conduct.
• Proven malpractice.
• Abuse, harassment or threats towards staff or learners.
• Sharing or reselling course materials.

Fair process

Except where immediate action is needed for safety, the learner is warned in writing and given a chance to respond. Decisions can be appealed.

Review
