Malpractice & Maladministration Policy

Definitions

Malpractice is any deliberate act that compromises assessment integrity (e.g. plagiarism, sharing answers, impersonation, fabricated case studies). Maladministration is an error by the Academy that affects assessment.

Reporting

Anyone can report concerns confidentially to spujahgrow@gmail.com.

Investigation and outcomes

• The matter is investigated by someone not involved.
• The learner is told of the allegation and can respond.
• Outcomes range from resubmission to withdrawal of results or certificate.
• Decisions can be challenged under the Appeals Procedure.

Review
