Learner Induction Policy
What every new learner is shown when they join a course.
Purpose
Induction makes sure each learner understands how their course works, what is expected of them and where to get help.
Induction covers
- How to log in, navigate lessons, notes, PDFs and quizzes.
- The two-active-paths rule and the 80% quiz pass mark.
- Certification, internship and directory requirements.
- Key policies: conduct, complaints, appeals, refunds, privacy and safeguarding.
- How to contact support by the support form, email or WhatsApp.
- For in-person cohorts in Dubai: venue orientation, fire exits and first aid.
Timing
Online learners receive induction information on enrolment and in their dashboard. Live-online and in-person cohorts begin with a guided induction session.
Review
