Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Policy

Commitment

We give impartial, accurate information so prospective learners can choose the course, level and study mode that suits their goals.

Before enrolment

• Full course descriptions, study hours, prices and delivery modes published on each course page.
• Free call with the Academy to discuss suitability.
• Clear statements of what the certificate does and does not allow.

During and after study

• Guidance on progression between Basic and Advanced courses.
• Advice on the internship pathway, directory listing and setting up a practice.
• Signposting to insurance and professional bodies where relevant.

Review
