Appeals Procedure
How to challenge an assessment result or Academy decision.
What can be appealed
- Assessment or case-study results.
- Malpractice decisions.
- Refusal of reasonable adjustments, RPL or directory listing.
- Programme withdrawal decisions.
How to appeal
Email spujahgrow@gmail.com with the subject 'Appeal' within 14 days of the decision, explaining the grounds and any evidence.
Process
- Acknowledgement within 3 working days.
- Review by a person not involved in the original decision.
- Written outcome within 15 working days.
- If still unresolved, learners may raise the matter with the relevant professional body.
Review
