Anti-Bullying & Harassment Policy

Zero tolerance of bullying or harassment in any learning space.

Our stance

Bullying and harassment — in person, in live sessions, community groups or messages — are not tolerated.

Examples

Insulting, intimidating or humiliating behaviour.
Unwanted conduct related to gender, religion, race, disability, age or any personal characteristic.
Sexual harassment of any kind.
Online abuse or exclusion.

Reporting

Report to any trainer or confidentially to spujahgrow@gmail.com. Reports are investigated promptly and no one will be victimised for raising a concern in good faith.

Review
